This is a full time contract ("pool") role

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with department leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on hiring practices, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
- Collaborate with HR teams (Compensation, Benefits, Education, etc.) to support seamless onboarding and compliance.
- Represent Orlando Health at job fairs, conferences, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate applicant data and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and extend job offers in alignment with organizational guidelines.
To Qualify:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or related field. Equivalent experience in recruitment may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
