What You’ll Do:

• Partner with department leaders to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on hiring practices, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture.
• Collaborate with HR teams (Compensation, Benefits, Education, etc.) to support seamless onboarding and compliance.
• Represent Orlando Health at job fairs, conferences, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate applicant data and ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Prepare and extend job offers in alignment with organizational guidelines.

To Qualify:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or related field. Equivalent experience in recruitment may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition.
