Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Assist with clinical procedures, patient assessments, and documentation.
  • Mentor and support Medical Assistants, contributing to orientation and ongoing competency development.
  • Participate in quality initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and act as a liaison for specialty consultations.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Certification from a recognized agency (e.g., CCMA, CMA, RMA, NCMA, etc.).
