Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a physician or APP.
  • Assist with exams, procedures, and patient education.
  • Document treatments and manage scheduling for specialty testing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Medical Assistant in a patient care setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program.
  • Certification: Current BLS required; CMA, CCMA, RMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care.
