  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a leader and mentor for Medical Assistants within the practice.
  • Support physicians and APPs during exams and procedures.
  • Gather patient data, assist with prep, and provide routine treatments.
  • Enter orders and document care in the electronic medical record.
  • Coordinate specialty referrals and patient scheduling.
  • Participate in quality initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Serve as a preceptor and help with orientation and annual skills reviews.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years as a Certified Medical Assistant.
  • Certification: Current CMA credential from an approved agency (AAMA, NHA, AMT, etc.) and BLS certification.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent plus completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
