🕒 Flexible Schedule Options:

  • Option 1: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Fri 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Option 2: Mon–Thu 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM–12:30 PM

 

We’re seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to provide exceptional patient care in a moderately paced ambulatory setting. You’ll work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers, assisting with exams, procedures, and patient education while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures.
  • Gather patient data and document accurately in the electronic medical record.
  • Schedule specialty testing and consultations.
  • Administer approved medications and provide patient education.
  • Support quality initiatives and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Certification: CMA preferred with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Open to Non-Certified Candidates: Must have 1 year of prior experience and commit to certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Bonus: Experience in surgery scheduling (not required but a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a growth-minded environment.
