    • Various shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (based on rotation)
    • One weekend per month required

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function
  • Deliver evidence‑based physical therapy interventions across a diverse patient population
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Educate patients and families to support recovery and long‑term outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with billing, regulatory, and safety standards
  • Recognize when patients have achieved optimal benefit from therapy and adjust plans accordingly

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Active Florida Physical Therapist license (temporary permit acceptable)
  • Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification
  • Acute care experience preferred—but not required
  • A team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and patient‑focused professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment
  • New graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact are encouraged to apply
