Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function
- Deliver evidence‑based physical therapy interventions across a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and long‑term outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with billing, regulatory, and safety standards
- Recognize when patients have achieved optimal benefit from therapy and adjust plans accordingly

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (temporary permit acceptable)
- Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification
- Acute care experience preferred—but not required
- A team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and patient‑focused professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment
- New graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact are encouraged to apply
