Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of physicians or Advanced Practice Providers
- Support patient intake, rooming, exam preparation, procedures, and approved medication administration
- Accurately document patient care, orders, and education in the electronic medical record
- Act as a clinical role model, supporting orientation, training, and ongoing development of Medical Assistants
- Collaborate closely with providers, nursing leadership, and administrative teams
- Assist with scheduling, referrals, specialty testing, and patient follow‑up
- Participate in quality initiatives, process improvement, and clinic projects

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (senior‑level expertise)
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program
- Active BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
- Current CMA/CCMA/RMA/NRCMA or equivalent Medical Assistant certification
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and professional growth
