As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience. Daily responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
• Managing check‑ins, check‑outs, and appointment scheduling
• Assisting with insurance verification and collecting copayments
• Supporting providers and clinical staff through accurate communication and administrative tasks
• Ensuring the front office runs smoothly with efficiency and care
