As an RN, you will provide patient-centered care and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective treatment.
Responsibilities include:
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
Document patient care accurately in the medical record
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Communicate patient status and escalate clinical concerns

Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensure
Current Alabama RN license or multistate RN license
Current BLS certification
Additional Certifications (unit dependent)
ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC
Experience
1 year of RN experience required
2 years of acute care experience required for Hospital Care at Home
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home nursing roles
