Responsibilities
🌈 What You’ll Do
As a Senior CMA, you will:
- Provide high‑quality patient care under the direction of physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Lead by example, supporting quality initiatives and mentoring Medical Assistants.
- Gather and document patient data, assist with exams/procedures, administer approved medications, and coordinate specialty referrals.
- Use your clinical expertise to support patient education, office operations, and smooth clinic workflow.
- Collaborate with leadership to support training, competency assessments, and annual clinical reviews for MAs.
- Contribute to special projects, committees, and process‑improvement efforts.

Qualifications
📘 What You Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved Medical Assistant training program
OR one year of verifiable MA experience (in addition to required CMA experience). - Current BLS certification.
- Active certification/registration from one of the approved agencies (AAMA, NHA, AMCA, NCCT, NAHP, AMT, ARMA, AAH, etc.).
- A passion for patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
