M-F 7:45am – 4:15pm

 

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a fast‑paced, collaborative ambulatory practice. This role is ideal for certified MAs who thrive in a team environment and are passionate about delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide patient care under the direction of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist during procedures
  • Collect and document patient information, vitals, and histories
  • Administer approved medications and routine treatments
  • Enter orders for medications, labs, and diagnostic imaging as directed
  • Serve as a liaison for scheduling specialty tests and referrals
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, providers, and staff
  • Support clinic workflow in a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified Medical Assistant (Certification Required)
    (CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, or equivalent)
  • Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification
  • No minimum years of experience required
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced setting
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to care
