Responsibilities

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate charge information to support billing operations
  • Review and verify physician documentation to ensure accurate and compliant billing 
  • Reconcile daily charges and ensure all billing outputs are complete and accurate 
  • Partner with clinical, coding, and financial teams to support proper documentation and medical necessity 
  • Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and operational issues efficiently 
  • Enter and manage coding results within the billing system to support timely reimbursement 
  • Serve as a resource for team members, providing guidance on charge entry and processes 
  • Maintain detailed reports and support ongoing workflow tracking and compliance 

 

Qualifications

✅ What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, or physician office setting 
  • Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) medical terminology within the first 6 months 
  • Experience with healthcare billing systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
