offers a full complement of services, including diagnostic imaging, digestive health care, orthopedics, sleep medicine
and surgical services. The hospital’s dedicated sleep disorder center is accredited by the American Academy of
Sleep Medicine, the gold standard for sleep care.

A Brief Overview
The Manager, Quality Services and Infection Prevention provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for quality performance and infection prevention. It ensures high-quality patient care through system wide establishment of clinical practices, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. Works closely with the hospital's nursing, medical staff, executives, and quality team to support the Baptist Health goals. The position is responsible for surveillance, analysis, and reporting of hospital-acquired infections (HAIs), staff education, and the development of policies that align with national standards and organizational goals.
