In this role, you will coordinate appointments, communicate with patients and providers, and help ensure our daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced practice serving more than 200 patients each day.

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments, tests, and procedures
• Provide patients with appointment instructions, arrival times, and preparation requirements
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and clinical staff
• Utilize scheduling and registration systems to maintain accurate patient information
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a Patient First philosophy
• Review schedules daily and communicate updates to appropriate team members
• Identify and resolve scheduling and customer service concerns
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer proficiency and the ability to learn scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous patient check-in/check-out experience
• Experience in healthcare, retail, or customer service environments
• Familiarity with scheduling or registration software
