Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and families in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer multi‑line phones, route calls, and manage voicemail messages
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate calendars
  • Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and update records
  • Manage front office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and mail handling
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and patient‑friendly reception area
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide general support to the medical team as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2+ year of Front Office Assistant experience in a medical setting (required)
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Comfortable working in a moderate‑paced, team‑driven environment
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Basic proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and office technology
  • Professional, friendly, and dependable
